Welcome to Stabilarity Research Hub. By accessing our website and using our resources, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions and policies. This document applies to all content published on the platform and to all users of the platform, including authors and readers.

Preprint Repository. This journal serves as a preprint repository and working-paper collection. All publications are preliminary research findings that have not undergone formal peer review. Content may be revised, updated, corrected or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
Living Documents. Articles published on this platform constitute “living documents” — working papers that evolve as research progresses. Version history and significant changes are tracked where applicable.
Personal Experience & Opinion. Publications contain personal experiences, professional observations and informed opinions of their respective authors. These perspectives are shared to contribute to academic discourse and should be evaluated critically by readers.
2. Data Sources & Research Ethics
Publicly Available Data Only. All researchers contributing to this platform use exclusively publicly available data, published academic sources, official statistics, regulatory filings and openly accessible information. No proprietary, confidential or non-public data is used in any research published herein.
Coincidental Similarities. Any resemblance to specific organizations, individuals, projects or events not explicitly cited from public sources is purely coincidental. Where case studies reference real entities, all information is derived from publicly available sources including academic publications, news reports, regulatory filings, official company disclosures and court records.
Anonymization. Where personal experiences are discussed, identifying details have been anonymized, generalized or composited to protect confidentiality while preserving educational value.

Publisher Responsibility
Platform Role. Stabilarity Research Hub provides a platform for community members to publish research. The hub acts as a publisher of record but is not the author of individual submissions. Authors retain full responsibility for the accuracy, originality and integrity of their publications.
Author Obligations. By submitting research to this platform, authors confirm that: (a) they are the original authors or have proper rights to publish the work; (b) the content does not infringe on third-party intellectual property; (c) all data used is publicly available or properly licensed; (d) any claims made are supported by evidence referenced within the publication.
Indemnification by Authors. Authors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stabilarity Research Hub, Stabilarity OÜ, ONPU and their affiliates from any claims arising from the content they publish, including claims of inaccuracy, defamation, plagiarism or intellectual property infringement.
Post-Facto Moderation
No Pre-Approval. Content submitted to this platform is published without prior editorial approval. This platform operates under a post-facto moderation model — content is reviewed after publication, not before.
Moderation Rights. Stabilarity Research Hub reserves the right to review, flag, annotate, restrict access to or remove any published content at any time without prior notice if it is found to violate these terms, applicable law or community standards.
No Liability for Published Content. The platform is not liable for content published by community members prior to moderation review. Users should exercise their own judgment when reading and relying on any content published here.
Appeal Process. Authors whose content is removed may contact the editorial team to request a review of the moderation decision.
